Why Do miRNA-mRNA-Degradome Integration Analysis?

The key to the integration analysis of miRNA-mRNA-degradome is degradome analysis. The miRNA sequences used for degradome analysis are all the miRNAs identified by small RNA sequencing, and the database used for maaping is the sequences obtained by RNA-seq splicing. We obtained the miRNA-target gene pairs by degradome sequencing, and then directly showed that miRNAs regulate multiple target genes and the same target gene is regulated by multiple miRNAs by miRNA-target gene network regulatory map. Finally, the integration analysis of miRNA-mRNA-degradome allows us to explore the regulatory mechanisms involved in the gene expression process.
