Firstly, we performed quantitative proteomic and quantitative phosphoproteomic assays on cell and tissue samples to obtain expression information of a large number of proteins and expression information of phosphorylation modification sites in the samples. Secondly, based on the single-omics data, we further integrated the analysis by expression, pathway, kinase-substrate and other dimensions to comprehensively characterize the protein changes and functions, and screen the key driver kinases for subsequent in-depth experimental analysis and application.
