Qualitative Proteomic Analysis

  • Protein solution: total protein > 10 μg, solution concentration > 0.5 μg/μL, buffer does not contain NP40, Triton, X-100 and other detergents.
Protein strip / mixture analysis
  • SDS-PAGE bands: bands are clearly visible.
  • Protein mixed solution: total protein > 10 μg, solution concentration > 0.5 μg/μL, buffer does not contain NP40, Triton, X-100 and other detergents.
Protein spot identification
  • Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis spots: glue spots are clearly visible.
  • SDS-PAGE bands: single protein purity > 90%, clearly visible bands.
  • Protein solution: single protein purity > 90%; Total protein > 10 μg, solution concentration > 0.5 μg/μL.
